I had the opportunity to join the Microsoft team at their London offices to design the UI for their upcoming Windows 8 ‘live events’ app.
The interface design focused on tablet users, featuring a live countdown for the upcoming music event. Typography and artist imagery combined with blur effects and smooth transitions between sections was the key to give the app a modern, young, fresh look and feel.
