Inspired by the peaceful instrumental hip hop track ‘The Mountain Will Fall’, the concept is a transcendent journey, following an astronaut tumbling through space. Disconnected from the world, the lone astronaut journey’s past beautiful landscapes until he passes through a light beam, becoming part of a constellation that links with the silhouette on the the new album cover. DJ Shadow’s first album in 5 years, The Mountain Will Fall released on June 24th 2016.
I had the pleasure to direct and produce this music video in a very short amount of time alongside with my friends and great artists Chris Bjerre and Daniel Højlund.
