Nintendo Sing Party

I directed and supervised 50 Motion Graphics animations for the new Nintendo Wii U game SiNG Party™. The project consisted of 50 tracks, 10 of each decade. All CG rendered and reacting to the music. This was my first project as a Director. I created the branding for the game designing the main Logo and visual guidelines.

Working closely with the Concept Art team we sketched and storyboarded each piece. With this and an animation breakdown the 3D Artists modeled all the 3D assets for each song and then we started animating. I was extremely hands on with the project as I was animating some tracks by myself at the same time. After all the render passes were rendered I composited the post effects to add consistency across all the animations. With only only five months to finish all the work we had to outsource some of the animations providing concepts and assets to studios from London and Barcelona.
